Katelin Provost, LCSW-Intern
Therapist
Everyone has a story, and our past experiences shape how we view ourselves and the world. But what happens when those patterns of thinking no longer serve us? My approach involves exploring the root of your thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs—often grounded in early experiences—to uncover what’s holding you back.
Through a supportive, compassionate space, we’ll work together to heal old wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change. I believe that lasting transformation begins with self-awareness and self-compassion. My role is to walk alongside you, offering insight, tools, and encouragement as you move toward a more empowered version of yourself.
