Paige Chastain, LCSW-Intern
Therapist
I provide structured, trauma-informed therapy rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to healing. With over 10 years of experience in the fields of mental health and addiction, I specialize in supporting individuals of all ages through substance use challenges, co-occurring disorders, and complex trauma.
My therapeutic approach is both evidence-based and person-centered. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Parts and Memory Therapy to help clients explore and resolve deeply held emotional pain. I also integrate creative modalities such as art therapy, and in select sessions, the presence of a support animal is included to promote emotional regulation and comfort.
I have worked extensively with the veteran population, providing trauma-informed care tailored to the unique experiences of those who have served. My work is grounded in respect, cultural humility, and a commitment to honoring each individual’s story.
Whether in individual or group settings, I create a safe, structured space where clients can reconnect with their inner strengths, build coping skills, and move toward lasting recovery and personal growth. I do not just offer treatment—I walk alongside people as they rediscover hope, purpose, and resilience.
- We can begin with a voice of compassion, a heart of love, and an act of kindness.
